The Story of Happy Roll đŁ
From the time she was just a baby, the owner of Happy Roll showed an unusual love for sushi. While other children asked for cookies or candy, she lit up at the sight of rice, seaweed, and fresh fish. Her parents would joke that she had a “Japanese soul” and that one day she would open her own restaurant.
As the years went by, that affection grew into a dream: to create a place where every roll carried the same joy she felt when tasting her very first sushi. She studied, traveled, and learned from masters in Japan and beyond, always with the vision of blending tradition and creativity.
Today, Happy Roll is the result of that lifelong passion. Each dish tells a story of freshness, quality, and dedication, and every guest who walks in becomes part of the adventure that began with a little girl who loved sushi from the cradle.
